The employees at the non-executive level genuinely try to support one another. There are some talented people here despite the environment.
Contras
Executive leadership is extremely poor and disconnected from day-to-day operations. Turnover is alarmingly high, and it’s clear why—there is little accountability at the top. The CFO’s management style is hostile and intimidating, often leaving staff in tears, yet ownership consistently fails to intervene or address the behavior. This has created a culture of fear rather than trust.
HR is ineffective and appears overwhelmed and underqualified for the scope of issues they’re expected to manage. Instead of providing guidance or support, HR operates in constant crisis mode, which only adds to employee stress and confusion. If you date advocate for yourself, you are promised termination. Very retaliatory.
There is no clear direction, inconsistent decision-making, and a lack of transparency. Concerns raised by employees are ignored or dismissed, making it feel pointless to speak up.
