      - Java interview vetting - Big clients in Vietnam in the major cities (HCMC, Danang, Hanoi) - Good entry level pay and benefits, better than FPT Software - HR/recruiters/account managers can be reached quickly through Skype/email - Consultants on-site are very friendly and helpful to each other

      Contras

      - General English levels in speaking and listening are very LOW(despite being "Global") - Lack of monthly CMC employee company-sponsored activities, consultants don't get team lunches or dinners

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Contras

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
