Very relaxed dress code. The pay is ok. The easiest job I have ever had in my life. I feel as if I could have led the training class my first day.
Contras
Most strict policies of any call center I've ever worked at.
They say they offer flexible scheduling, but in reality it is not flexible at all unless someone is willing to take over your shift. Choose your initial shift wisely, you will be stuck with it for 90 days at the very least. They do offer PTO but you have to qualify from month to month to be able to use the PTO that you earn. benefits take forever to kick in. The whole coaching structure is a joke. Not a job for social butterflies, you will not get to talk to your friends if you get the chance to make any.
