Lots of opportunities to learn and take ownership. I gained valuable hands-on experience working directly with enterprise clients and leading projects across the APAC region. The role allowed me to wear multiple hats and build strong cross-functional skills in customer success, implementation, and L&D. Supportive colleagues and a flexible work environment.

Contras

Limited career progression due to the small size of the company. Structure and processes can be ad hoc at times, and there isn’t always a clear path for advancement or specialization. Some roles may lack long-term growth planning.
