      We have a an amazing mission to support hard working entrepreneurs in the trades. Our team works together to help them, many going above and beyond, and it's rewarding. The company is expanding its offering, and there will be opportunity to grow my skill-set and career.

      With growth there is change and new challenges to solve for is a consistent thing. If you enjoy things staying the same, some departments may not be for you.

      After the senior was laid off, responsibility was shifted and without any verbal or written improvement in perfomance plan people are fired. No communication from HR about the severance and benfits
