Pay is not competitive, not flexible with remote work. They talk about internal mobility all the time but make it hard to be promoted or help you be promoted. Managers and Directors are not held accountable and promote people into leadership that should not be leaders. If you are a favorite or have been there a few years they will put you into a leadership role even if you have no business being a leader.
