- Internal processes were painfully inefficient and confusing - Tasks shifted constantly - Priorities were rarely communicated in time - Systems were poorly developed - Simple work became frustrating and delayed due to sloppy planning and disorganization - Environment lacked the structure needed to function effectively despite not being hostile

I am sorry, but I don't to mention any pros or working here. This workplace and the job experience were a disaster. I still have terrible nightmares if I remember my time here. So, I avoid doing that.

The attitude of the people in power was awful. They misused their power and tried to dominate their subordinates. This horrible attitude meant employees didn't approach their supervisors when they ran into any issues. Employees who mustered he courage to speak up were ignored. Their complaints were avoided. I don't think anyone can work in such a horrible ambience until some dramatic changes are made. It's time for the top leadership to get involved and get rid of the bad eggs. Otherwise, this place would become more difficult, and good employees like me will continue to leave, increasing employee turnover considerably.
