The work tasks are interesting and there is a lot of autonomy in how to perform these. One is able to suggest ideas and make proposals instead of being put in a "box" as a mere job function. However, autonomy comes with accountability for results. The general atmosphere in the company is friendly and welcoming, the leadership team is experienced. Concerning work-life balance, it is a very healthy one for a start-up environment. Concerning career growth, it is a rather small company, hence the number of opportunities to change roles internally are not always available. Nevertheless, developing personal and professional skills is always encouraged, as well as participating in conferences. There is a learning budget allocated to this, as well as other decent benefits.
