Salary appraisal cycle is very bad, management is so much lacking,

I have been working at Codeplateau for 10 months , and until now, my experience working here has been positive. The work environment is collaborative and balanced. If there is a challenge, the team works together to solve it. I work in the Power BI development team and am glad to have been a part of the company's progress in this area. What I like most about working here is the agile approach of our team, where we constantly come up with new ideas to improve our work and maintain transparency by sharing regular updates. This keeps us motivated to focus on project delivery without the clutter of too many opinions and distractions.

Thay don't have a cafeteria and comfortable chairs.
