Sometimes you can face the issue, that will require all of the action you can give. And the result is to deliver something, that changes the world, stuns the people you know and draws a smile on your face. That is the way it works.
Contras
There are actually nothing to say, cause most of the challenges are all around the age of the company, that is in the active grow state. There's not the best place to 'sit and stay' for a routine job with high salary.
