Prós
You get to be independent, no micro management, you do what you got to do and I would say that this company is (or used since I left) based on meritocracy. But if you get close enough with high management you might get more chances.
Since is a start-up (more a scale-up honestly), you get all of what comes with it in perks and works (team buildings, free lunches, challenging and various tasks, young energy team etc...)
Contras
Workload is huge, pressure is big too. They don't do enough to retain the good elements that came through internship.
A few people have bad characters, everybody knows it but they are still here so that's a concept.
You need to suck up to their vision or you will be an outsider.
