Absolutley None, gives you time to find another job!!!!!!!!!! I honestly cannot find any good things to say about this company other than if you enjoy working in a negative backstabbing degrading company.
Contras
Backstabbing,Incompetent upper management. The company talks a good story about growth and expansion but fails to follow through. They take great pleasure in degrading employees and work them to death for little pay. Very few people are satisfied working there and turnover is high.
