Incredibly nice people to work with. Very supportive. For being a technical support role ticket volume is really not that bad. Company only hires within so it's quite common to move roles to let's say a Sales position, or a Software Engineering position.
Contras
Pay is miserable. 55000 for this kind of role in this industry is ridiculous. That's the reason they can't retain people and everyone just leaves as soon as they can.
