Prós
I've loved my 5+ years at CSP. There is currently a great team environment in which we celebrate each other's successes. I love that everyone is open to suggestions and feedback on how to improve. They have a ton of long-term clients and long-term employees. To me, this shows that they value the importance of treating people well (both internal and external). Based upon these long tenures, I'm a little surprised by some of the bad reviews. Over the past year, turnover has been extremely low. I have a great relationship with my manager and team. I've learned a ton and feel supported and appreciated. No where is perfect, but all-in-all, this has been a great experience.
Contras
Honestly, not too much. Compensation is very fair, but not extraordinary (who wouldn't want to make more?!). Things can be hectic (but that's true in every company I've worked at).
