Prós

Employees overall have a good attitude. Training is offered and cost is reimbursed when certification exams are passed.

Contras

Employees at engineer level need additional training. Management needs to provide better leadership and structure. No one is held accountable at any level. Management has undertaken way too many internal initiatives that have resulted in confusion.

Contras

Honestly, none. It’s a great place to work, grow, and learn. The company has morals intact and upper management are trustworthy, transparent, and are willing to hear out feedback as well as implement change for the greater good of their employees, not just their wallets. It’s been an extremely positive experience so far.

Kind, patient management. Friendly atmosphere, supportive team. Decent benefits. Lots of longstanding employees, low job turnover.

Contras

Pay is not great, not a whole lot of opportunity to move up, not very many training/learning resources
