A great working environment and culture. The management team is very supportive and very encouraging, always trying to provide the best resources for engineers to self-educate themselves to keep abreast with the most advanced technologies.
Great team also - everyone is an essential team player and tries to contribute. No pass-the-buck, no politics and overall a very collaborative, friendly and efficient workplace.
