This creates a short staffed working class, so expect to work more than 40 hours on average with no reward unless you are connected. HR prides themselves on "worst in class" benefits which doesn't attract top level talent or maintain existing employees. Since this is critical in a small/medium sized company, Concurrent is destined for meritocracy at best.
