As the direction was lost from the founders, trickled down throughout the company executives and management major reshuffle.
The company left spinning wheels with little direction.
The company lost its messaging.
The company downsized drastically globally.
Hopefully, new strong leadership with vision will help.
Unfortunately, management typically lost their cool frequently and with added pressure from above became toxic.
