Thank you for your positive feedback. We have many areas we are working on to scale Cylynt as we grow and working towards a great team member experience is a key area. Whilst you do not list any cons, we recognize that we have a way to go in a number of areas, but are working hard (and the team are most definitely helping us with that) to continuously improve.

flat hierarchies and a great team - everyone is super welcoming and helpful very supportive culture - wellbeing programs and fun team activities, everybody's opinion is valued and encouraged

Contras

some challenges with working across different timezones, but totally worth it when working with such a diverse and international team!

Thank you for your positive reflections, we too really benefitted from not only the valuable work you did from us, but also your positive attitude and giving us feedback throughout your internship. We did not know when we choose this year to be our first working with interns that Covid would shape the internship experience, however, you coped admirably, although we recognise the challenge of working across multiple timezones. From your base in Europe (as you were prevented from coming back to Ireland) - not that you could have been in the office unfortunately in the circumstances - you worked with team members in UK, Ireland and on the east and west coasts of US - a nine hour time difference. Part of our attraction is the diversity of our team across the global and the different markets we work in which does present challenges respecting everybody's personal and work time partitioning. Discussing those challenges and each of our needs when we are organising our work activities does help try to minimise any negative impacts.
