I want to give you feedback after a year of my employment at the real estate agency DDA real estate. I definitely want to recommend this employer, because I was delighted with the level, scale, and opportunities that the Company provides! Now I work in Dubai, despite the fact that I started in Russia as an ordinary real estate agent in Moscow, my experience and my work were highly appreciated and I was invited to work in the Emirates. It's a huge honor, it's a completely different income. Plus, I also want to note that all training is at the expense of the Company, and the Company does not forget about rest and organizes large-scale events for the exchange of experience and corporate parties. It's really cool that there are still such employers on the labor market!

I have not noticed any disadvantages in my work during my entire working period.

I have been cooperating with the agency for at least 3 years now as a broker. I like that I can set my schedule the way I need it, bring ready-to-buy Clients, and receive full legal support from the Company. The company pays a high commission immediately after signing the SPA, does not expect a commission payment from the developer, which is good news! Also, my Clients always apply for work visas or account openings, and it's very cool that DDA accompanies these consulting services. All this can be done in one place, which pleases both me and my Clients!

I did not notice any disadvantages in working with this employer.
