Treinamento constante, aprende muitas coisas, geralmente preferem jovens sem experiência.

Contras

Muita rivalidade, parece que a gestão nutre isso, torna o ambiente hostil para se trabalhar. Gerência prega algo (somos uma família, um time) e prática o contrário (comentários a beira de um processo trabalhista)
