Prós
The physical workspace is well-equipped, and it was nice connecting with the other trainees in my cohort. Otherwise, there are no pros to the program itself
Contras
• Subpar Curriculum: The four-month training curriculum is poorly structured and doesn't deliver the depth or quality expected for a professional program.
• Zero Mentorship: Trainees are left entirely on their own to figure things out. There is no guidance or professional development support.
• Inexperienced Leadership: The training staff lacks real-world industry experience. The supervisor and the trainers are essentially fresh graduates with very little practical background, meaning the rest of the team struggle to provide expert, advanced guidance.
• Basic Infrastructure Issues: The Wi-Fi for trainees simply does not work, which is highly disruptive and unacceptable for a technical training program.
