Payment is a serious concern. Despite the tasks being approved, payments are not being released within the agreed timeline. Additionally, some tasks are being rejected after approval, which appears to be due to reluctance to process the payment. Looks like they are doing fraud with the payment

Highly capable and supportive colleagues 10. Flexible PTO policy when used responsibly

1. Poor work-life balance with sustained high burnout risk 2. Rapid scaling introduced management layers without sufficient grounding in operational realities 3. Management incentives sometimes prioritize short-term optics over sustainable progress 4. Limited emphasis on long-term strategic research positioning beyond immediate commercial or GTM needs 5. Hiring and talent acquisition processes need significant improvement 6. Increasing internal silos as the company grows 7. Recognition and attribution can sometimes depend on visibility rather than contribution
