The company is run by uneducated people, there's not a single person there with a degree. The owner is very rude and very demanding. He expects work to be completed quickly but is over judgemental of the work quality. The work culture is poor and hostile. Some employees are favored over others. When I was working there the owner would straight up say who his favorite was. Very sexist company and the warehouse workers are overworked while the office workers are pressured and burnt out. No growth opportunity. the only salaried employees are the owners and their spouses. Not a good company to work for. Also lots of sex scandals between the employees.
