Prós
Leaders will do their best to assist you and get the correct answers to your questions, nice benefits and try to be flexible as possible based on the clients requirements. Lastly, the pay is completive and I believe is fair.
Contras
The only con I can address is the risk of stability. This company has recently (past few years) entered in the origination side of the mortgage industry, but has lost some clients due do the economy. However hiring employees or training then letting them go during training with the reason of decreased production, shows they were not prepared to sustain the employees for a period of time (even for a short period) before laying them off.
