      Everyone is reliable and doing a great job. From the workers to the CEO you receive full support and can talk to everyone without any fear. The companies software development is state of the art and investing a into Cloud. This is the best company I've ever worked for.

      Contras

      The only con is related to covid pandemic, which currently does not allow us to meet in reality, but I guess the product will receive a big push afterwards. I see a good and successful future.

      The potential of the US market is enormous if you can crack it. Base pay is good. Good camaraderie within the US team.

      Contras

      The US market is not ready to adopt the technology. Extremely high expectations of UK head office are inconsistent with the state of the market in US. Creates an environment of high pressure, constant micromanagement, and high turnover. US team is separate from the UK team and treated as a stepchild. Entire US team turns over every 18-24 months.
