The teachers are amazing along with staff from other departments. They truly care and create an amazing environment.

The education department is extremely toxic when it comes to the head of the head of education department and some of the coordinators. They create an environment where co-workers can yell and verbally abuse other co-workers. They offer no support yet expect to you where several hats with out proper training. They ignore and point fingers. It’s very difficult and stressful and the teachers and others feel threatened, unsupported and unheard. He se why they have just a high turn over rate. The supervisor along with coordinator where raciest and frequently spoke I’ll about other Hispanics in various departments and others.
