If you like getting paid to do nothing and you don't have a conscience about not actually supporting the clients, it's great.

Not being given information about what supports the clients need and spending the entire shift sitting and talking or having coffee at a cafe or spending time at the Lodge. Not actually supporting the clients with what their needs are according to their NDIS Plan because there is no documentation on the clients needs available to S W. Being put with different clients all the time so we're not able to have that stability with them.

I have been loving my job at Embrace for over a year now and wouldn't want to work anywhere else. They genuinely care about each and every one of their clients and just as aware and caring of each and every one of their staff members. Love the clients I work with - none of them make you feel uncomfortable. If you don't feel like you're making a connection however, management are so understanding and flexible - they will place you with the clients you do connect with, as it's of the clients' and staff's best interests to do this. Clients are each such beautiful souls and fun & endearing people to work with anyway. I love assisting all the clients Embrace management have rostered me with. I have worked at various companies over the years of my experience in the workforce - none of them more genuine, caring, flexible, understanding and real than the management of Embrace. Just amazing, wonderful people to work with! If you get offered a job here - I highly recommend you grab it with both hands and 'embrace' the privilege of being part of something really special!

None. I love my job so much, I miss it when I'm not working. I completely agree with the other positive review that the person who wrote the negative review had some personal matters they needed to address and taking their insecurities and inexperience out on a genuine, caring business such as Embrace, is just simply uncalled for, very unkind and very rude to those who genuinely cared for that former employee and gave truckloads of support to them as they do to all their staff and clients. It's sad when people get nasty because of their own incompetency and inexperience and instead of accepting accountability for their faults and failures, they blame the ones who were actually there trying to help and guide them and giving them a lifeline. I hope as they gain more life experience, that person will mature and realise their wrongdoings leaving a horribly untrue, negative review, for clearly their own personal gain and objectives. My advice to them - Be kind to yourself and even kinder to others.
