Micromanagement. The reps are the ones who have to do everything including promotion. This place is going downhill and I recommend avaoiding at all costs. Stay away if you respect yourself. People constantly putting you down and shifting many tasks to you. Management always blaming reps and asking for different things that are useless just so that they can have the reps do something. Ten different things are done ten different ways which can be annoying to both employees and customers. High levels of stress.
