You get to work within the motorsports industry. Being part of a larger team to help develop a product sold world wide. You can have the ability to build up some great relationships, but relationships don't always mean great career.

Compensation, they don't pay much, and their raises are extremely minimal with horrible benefits. Lack of transparency, some of the upper management build up walls and fear change. Too high of expectations for what an individual is capable of. Cheap, they will have budget but still expect free work from outsourced media because of their "name". Did I mention lack of change? It is 2017 not 1997, it is time to work with what is at our disposal.

This company is a leader in a competitive industry, it is an honor to be associated with their quality products. I look forward to work each day there.
