Good culture! I loved working at this agency because I felt I was truly valued as a worker, my development was prioritized, and I was given the space to have a life outside of the office! Can't stress how great the work/life balance is here. The flexibility of this job allowed me to do my best work. Also I loved my coworkers and felt like management really cared about and showed up for their staff.

Drawbacks are the same as you have at any small businesses: salaries on the lower end of the spectrum and limited traditional growth opportunities (but there were some alternative growth opportunities like continuing education and professional development stuff)

- The People- The people at this company are who make it so special! Everyone is extremely intelligent in their field, and I highly recommend getting to know every department because there is so much to learn. These are the type of people you would have wanted to be paired with back in the school group project days, and you'll enjoy learning from them as much as you'll enjoy grabbing a drink with them. -The Environment- This dog-friendly office is a fun, fast-paced environment. While everyone takes their job seriously, the vibe in the office is always light and upbeat. -The Benefits- Weekly Think & Drinks, monthly off-location birthday celebrations, 401K, Health/Vision/Dental, PTO, Professional Development -The Clients- You work with prominent businesses known throughout New Orleans, as well as a couple clients across the country.

-The Salary- Compared to salaries of similar jobs in other major cities it is low, but compared to other New Orleans companies in the same industry it is average. -The Ever-Changing Industry- The digital marketing industry is not for everyone. It's fast-paced and constantly changing. If you're not prepared to learn and be flexible, you may want to consider a different industry.
