Working at FindDoc provided me with numerous opportunities for learning and growth. I was able to take on tasks and responsibilities outside of my job description, allowing me to expand my skill set and knowledge. One of the most beneficial aspects of working at FindDoc was the ability to have direct communication with the founder. This open line of communication allowed me to share my thoughts and ideas, and I felt that my contributions were being valued. Colleagues were also incredibly supportive, creative, and open-minded. This created a dynamic and collaborative work environment where new ideas were welcomed and everyone was able to contribute to the success of the company. Overall, I found that the opportunities for learning and growth at FindDoc were endless.

While the management at FindDoc may not always be as hands-on as we would like, it has pushed us to become more self-disciplined and independent in our work. This has allowed us to take ownership of our tasks and projects and feel a greater sense of responsibility for their success. While it would certainly be nice to have more guidance and support from management at times, this experience has ultimately helped us grow as professionals and become more self-sufficient.

I believe FindDoc is one of the best healthcare startups to work for in Hong Kong.
