If you have a bonus they make it super difficult for it to be attainable to you. They will have you doing work that has nothing to do with your job description. Executives have absolutely no idea what they are doing and they will use chat GPT to establish processes you should be doing. There’s no streamlined processes. If you decide to work at FCCU good luck because it will ruin your mental health. There is NO GROWTH. yes there’s plenty of positions but only when someone else leaves or is fired. Just because there is other positions available it does not mean they pay more than your current position. People here drop like flies so take my word of advice and find somewhere else to apply.
