      Slightly higher pay than most entry-level security companies. Management will not throw you under the bus in difficult situations. Fairly easy work.

      Contras

      Stable positions can be hard to find. Many employees have very limited English ability and it can be hard to communicate with them. Your experience will vary wildly from location to location, dealing with the local property management and staff of buildings.

      There’s no reason to work with them unless you don’t have anymore options available.

      Contras

      One of the worst managed and unprofessional companies you’ll ever see in working. The companies HR can’t have say in the operations even if the operations manager continues racism and harassment amongst its employees. There’s no growth and they’ll pay you the minimum wage even if you’re experienced and working at the most difficult sites for them.
