Prós
I worked here for 13 years. There are some managers who try to make it a good experience but over all they are not the least bit employee minded.
Contras
Once the company was purchased by Firstsource in India, everything went downhill quickly. They treat their employees like they are expendable. They cut out raises and are now closing offices with little notice. They give little training and expect unrealistic productivity with antiquated computer systems.
