Team leaders who simply do not care and will do whatever they can to get out of work, rolling their eyes if you make a perfectly reasonable request. Pay is often wrong with reluctance to rectify it. You will be hauled out in front of HR to explain yourself for any minor error. Don't see this job as a potential career in any way, just a bit of cash until you can't take it anymore or find something better.
