Prós

The supervisors are nice and willing to work with you if you come across any hiccups and life.

Contras

The downside of this job would be there isn’t much room for a growth and a starting pay is pretty low for the amount of work you have to do now you do go up a dollar after about six months, but that is taking one more responsibilities going up to a claim specialist.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Contras

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
