      Effective and intentional programming, camp directors who are comitted and caring, great for learning some outdoor and social skills, overall very fun and lighthearted job.

      Long and sometimes exhausting work days, poor work/life balence, and the inherent risks that come with working with this child goup.

      It can do a lot of good for the right kids.

      The administration tries to hold onto the wrong kids for the program too long and corrupting the kids that are there for help.
