the company culture and supportive team environment was very encouraging. Even though I was intern, they gave me high responsibilities, helping me to gain high experience in the beauty industry.
Manager is so unprofessional .. there's was alot of favorites in the store.. Manager would walk around the mall shopping whole employees work . No raise when asked . The worse makeup store I'd ever work again. People that work there don't even have alot of experience doing makeup it's mostly self taught but barely knowing what to do. They try to sell u anything because alot of people don't know too much about the brand, that's why they have alot of sales and promotions. Employees only care about hitting their targets and try to sell $50 or more out of u because that's a big SOLD to them....thats why employees run to the first person who comes into the store. And they even haul people outside the store and let them know their specials and they give free mini eyebrow makeover when it's so slow. Lol its a joke this store had no growth and will possibly be shut down real soon.
