The team have made it really enjoyable for me. Each person brings something different to the table and the mix of personalities really brings the team alive. From the silly jokes, to the random conversation I feel like I'm among people I can be myself with. The office itself is great – not only for the central location, but for the light airy feel. There are loads of windows for natural light and a kitchen/dining area to get away from your desk at lunch and relax. The Sonos is always on in the office and plays everything from hip hop to classical, depending on who is controlling it!! There are three screens in the office and we often use one of these for watching sport (but cricket, seriously!), or even the odd David Attenborough documentary. We always celebrate the team’s birthdays, have team nights out and he always messages to find out how people are if they are off unwell. We also do 4:30pm beers every Friday in the office to end the week, run training at our Lunch and Share sessions (lunch is on the business and a cheeky Nandos never goes amiss!) and exams are paid for by the business.
