A solid place to work (and a great place to start a career). I worked my way up quickly to a semi-management position and was groomed for "bigger picture" type things like client management, pitching concepts and leading meetings. I found this was a great place to get my foot in the door and I learned a ton in my 2 years working there. The team was great, and the office was quite nice. There was a large diversity in the type of work we got which kept things fresh. Compensation and benefit package were also great. Since my departure ( I left to move to a different city) I have kept in touch with the owner on a working/personal basis, as well as pretty much everyone I worked with.

Sometimes the project budgets were unclear, leading to having to rush to finish some projects. There can be a feeling of loss when a project starts well but ends in a slightly rushed fashion.
