I met some nice people. The owners didn't tolerate aggressive clients that unreasonably mistreated employees.

The owners were very unapproachable, demeaning, and belittling toward their employees. The environment was always very tense. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unhappy at a job. The pay was good, but the health coverage was insanely expensive so we had to go without. I left this job as soon as I was able. The turnover rate was very high.
