Poor compensation overall. Micromanagement pushed to the extreme. Some tasks would be blocked from coming through for minor details, even in Excel sheets. There has been many instances where content would be taken over and edited by management, without notice. The company claims its horizontalness, but stopped upward feedback last year and only allowed downward feedback to be given. Time off and remote work denial, the company denied requests for time off and remote work at several occurrences for petty reasons, Direct management was allowed time off and remote work during the same time frames.
