Prós
Wonderful employees and lots of intellectual people to work with.
Contras
Lack of transparency and favoritism on an executive level. The majority of the executive team are not great leaders. The CEO (No longer David Klein), VP of HR, and CIO are all friends from past jobs and they don't take constructive criticism very well. Eliminating employees they don't like or those who won't say yes to their requests.
