The Office views from the floors are amazing. The office is located not to far from Cannon Street station. Some great hard working individuals to work with and free snacks to nibble on throughout the day.

Unfortunately as most reviews have mentioned already, the culture here is bad, especially at the flat line top level. The leadership team is a joke and can't be taken seriously for inspiration and motivation to move this Company forward. Its a "My way or hit the Highway" mentality with a Boss who clearly thinks he can still control every aspect of the business like he did when it was small. If it's not his way, well then I wish you luck. Don't be fooled by the Global Relay posted values they stand by when it comes to Growth, Collaboration and making a Real Impact because in reality, real growth for an employee is a struggle here as there is a lot of favouritism and instability, collaboration is a struggle to promote because employees are demotivated which can be felt in the office environment and to make a real impact means speaking out with your own opinion, views and challenging on decisions which is a no go area. Flexible working here was great and provided fair balance for all employees in the London office however recently, they changed their minds and requested all employees during our mental health awareness month to come into the office 4 days a week, up from 2 with very minimal notice. I believe some employees are also doing 5 days a week in the office which is just not needed these days with the advancement in technology. Working from home shouldn't be seen as a benefit. It should be part of normal working lifestyle, showing employees that Global Relay values employee mental health, Well being and personal responsibilities. This was NOT a smart move and as a result, some great talent left, clearly demotivated employees who are all looking elsewhere and making Global Relay unattractive to work for. Across market meetings can be long at Global Relay as the head office, Vancouver is 8 hours behind London so be aware that you may have to save your energy for these late meetings anytime from 4-5pm onwards.
