- GC Fridays - Competitive Salary - Really lovely colleagues - Good work-life balance

Contras

- Company does not adhere to their values and has started to treat employees like they're disposable - Lack of company direction - Favoritism and pettifogging (any excuse to get rid off people or put them under scrutiny, perhaps due to the cost of living crisis). - Lack of promotion

Everyone is really kind and helpful. People stay for the company culture.

Contras

Absolutely no upward mobility. No promotions or raises. The company is in a tough spot financially. It's very sellable but customer retention and growth is a major problem and no one has the answers to solve for it.
