Do more get paid less, unpaid benefits, raises are almost non existent they give 4% and take 3% in rrsp and benefit payments. No incentives to meet retentions, new business, no rewards or recognition for extra. Corporate spends more time patting their own backs and filling their own pockets and forget the people who make them money.
