Prós

You get the advantage of Having services done at low cost.

Contras

Straight commission so, Be prepared to sit around with no clients and no money. They make you sit there all day, even if you dont have appointments. Management is one of the worst things you have to deal with. They deduct a big chunk of money from your check for "product fees". If you do an upgrade they are NOT always paid to employees. Always discounts to customers so your chance of making money is always minimum .

very flexible with schedules, open to growth in the company, very understanding and caring owner and General manager

Contras

short staffed alot of the time so long shifts or less days off

Prós

Wonderful co-oworkers, plenty of opportunies to learn.

Contras

Pay was not livable, management did not give clear indication when business was shutting down. Clients showed up to locked doors and deleted website. Employees were told the day before.
