Contras

The point system is so different, you get a point for calling off even if you have the time to cover it (i.e sick or vacation time)

Thank you for this feedback. Just want to clarify that Guardian does not have a point system for calling off. The point system was retired in 2018. Please reach out to HR with any questions on the call off policies; we're happy to help!
