Gave me a work home and family I was looking for after the military. I worked for various organizations both large and small but could not find that same camaraderie, bonds, trust, and respect like I had in the military until GuidePoint. No matter what I have found a family for the rest of my life with many that work here. Getting to work with my brothers and sisters truly makes it fun, exciting, and amazing!
Contras
There isn’t much I can list here. The only thing that comes to mind is the changing of benefits. As a disabled veteran with numerous health conditions when we switch benefit providers it makes it very challenging and difficult. Luckily our internal teams try to diffuse as much of it as possible.
